All members of the NAR receive basic property promotion on REALTOR.com®. Enhancing a listing on REALTOR.com® enables members to promote themselves and their properties through branding and listing feature upgrades such as multiple photos and contact information.
Can I purchase Listings Enhancements directly from Realtor.com?
No. Listing Enhancements can only be sold to member realtors of the National Association of REALTORS® and those individuals who belong to a supported MLS.
How do I put an enhanced showcase listing on the Realtor.com?
Only member brokers can submit listings to REALTOR.com® through their local MLS.
How will Listing Enhancements help me sell my home?
Listing Enhancements will assist in creating consumer awareness of your listing because they are designed to:
1) Increase your exposure and branding
2) Differentiate your listing from a non enhanced listing
3) Capture and send consumer inquiries directly to the listing broker, which will be forwarded to you

What is the price of Listing Enhancements on REALTOR.com®?
Listing Enhancements are part of our basic flat fee MLS package. In other words, the Listing Enhancement feature is inclusive of the flat rate you pay for your Realtor.com listing. |
